The global tech skills gap is one of the most significant barriers to economic mobility for young professionals in Africa and beyond. Millions of talented people cannot access the structured, industry-aligned training they need to compete in the modern economy.

NextForge Academy was founded to bridge that gap. We design every programme around the realities of working professionals — people juggling jobs, families, and financial pressures who still have the ambition to build something better for themselves.

Our goal is not just to teach skills. It is to change economic trajectories. A graduate who secures a higher-paying role, wins a freelance client, or launches a business has demonstrably improved their life — and that ripple effect extends to families and communities.
